About the role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll dig into client problems, turn them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keep everyone aligned as the solution takes shape. You’ll work with stakeholders, Product Owners and engineers to make sure we solve the right problem in the right way.
What you’ll do
- Run discovery sessions and gather requirements from stakeholders
- Document requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Keep clients and delivery teams aligned as the solution evolves
- Support testing and user acceptance with clear scenarios
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Business Analyst on software or data projects
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Interest in AI and automation use cases is a plus
