Gen AI / LLM Engineer

About the role

As a Gen AI Engineer, you’ll build the working parts of our AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, extraction workflows, integrations and APIs. You’ll move ideas from prototype to production-ready systems, with testing, monitoring and clean documentation along the way.

What you’ll do

• Build RAG pipelines, extraction workflows and LLM-powered applications
• Integrate AI components with client systems through APIs
• Write tests, add monitoring and document what you build
• Help improve quality, speed and cost over time

What we’re looking for

• Strong Python skills and experience building production software
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, vector databases and orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of retrieval, evaluation and prompt design
• Comfort working in agile teams with code reviews and CI/CD
