About the role
As a Scrum Master, you’ll help our teams plan well, stay focused and keep improving sprint after sprint. You’ll facilitate the Scrum events, clear obstacles early, and coach teams and clients on practical agile habits. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and delivery leads to keep work flowing smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Spot and remove blockers early, and help teams improve their way of working
- Track sprint health and share progress openly with the team and clients
- Coach teams and stakeholders on practical agile habits
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with software or product teams
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Jira or a similar tool
- Certification such as CSM, PSM or SAFe is a plus
